My loop is simple: talk to users, read the data, decide what matters, then build it, usually with AI in the mix. I've interviewed 100+ players, coaches and venue owners, built a feedback platform that sorted 1,000+ reviews a week, and written MCP servers that turn Jira tickets into pull requests.
